This website is an informational surface for the Swiss Bank private client offering. It does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any product or service in any jurisdiction where such would be unlawful. Client relationships are formed only after a signed engagement.

Client services are reserved for individuals and entities who meet our internal thresholds and who are not resident of or acting on behalf of persons in sanctioned jurisdictions or on international sanction lists.

Fees are disclosed in the engagement letter and are billed quarterly in arrears, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — logos, copy, imagery, code — is the property of Swiss Bank or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, with the courts of Zürich having exclusive jurisdiction.
